hai baji Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By opening an account or using any service on the site, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hai baji platform and all services connected to it. By accessing the platform, opening an account, playing any game, or placing a bet, you are considered to have accepted all clauses of these Terms. If you use the service without reading or understanding the Terms, you bear full responsibility for any issues that arise.
1. General Terms
hai baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms, "platform" refers to both the haibaji.cam website and its Android and iOS apps. "Member" refers to any registered user.
These Terms are written in Bengali and have been prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered the final authority.
hai baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after changes take effect, you are automatically considered to have accepted the amended Terms.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To use hai baji's services, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
- You must be eligible to open a single account in your own name.
- You must hold a valid national identity card or other recognised identity document.
- You must be in a location where receiving this type of service is not prohibited under applicable law.
Opening an account in violation of the age requirement is strictly prohibited. Any such account that is identified will be closed immediately and funds held in it may be forfeited.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each member may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, phone number, email address, or identity document is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.
3.2 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate. If discrepancies are found in your name, date of birth, mobile number, or any identity-related information, the account verification process may be blocked and withdrawals may be put on hold.
3.3 Password and Security
It is entirely the member's responsibility to keep the account password secure. Members are strongly advised not to share their password with anyone. If someone else gains access to the account, the member bears full responsibility for any activity and resulting loss.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on hai baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Members must transact from a mobile banking account registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timeframe
Withdrawals can also be made through the same methods: bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Processing is usually completed within 5 to 30 minutes, but may be delayed if additional verification is required.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, you must confirm that the wagering requirements for any active bonus on your account have been met. Withdrawals cannot be processed while wagering requirements remain incomplete.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
hai baji's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions:
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirements. For the welcome bonus: a 100% bonus on the first deposit is available up to ৳5,000, and the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.
- Each bonus must be used within a specified time limit. It will be cancelled automatically upon expiry.
- If you apply for another bonus while one is already active without having met the wagering requirements, both bonuses may be cancelled.
- Bonus funds are never converted to cash — only winnings earned from bonuses can be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
- If a member attempts to misuse a bonus or exploit the system, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
In the sports betting section, bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. If a match is cancelled or suspended at an unscheduled time, hai baji will handle the bet in accordance with standard industry practice.
6.2 Casino and Slot Games
The outcomes of all casino games and slot games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error or disconnection occurs during gameplay, hai baji will assess the actual state of the round in question and make a decision accordingly.
6.3 Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, you must contact the support team within 72 hours. Decisions made based on hai baji's review will be considered final.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Using fraud, manipulation, or any form of dishonest tactics.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
- Accessing another person's account or conducting transactions under another person's identity.
- Creating artificial transactions for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements ("bonus abuse").
- Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.
- Harassing or threatening other members.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
hai baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for any reason, particularly if any of the prohibited activities listed above are suspected. Withdrawals may be put on hold during the suspension period.
Members may also request closure of their own account at any time. In that case, any eligible balance in the account may be withdrawn, but any active bonuses will be cancelled.
9. Limitation of Liability
The hai baji platform is provided "as is". hai baji accepts no liability in the following cases:
- Loss caused by internet connectivity issues or technical failures.
- Unauthorised access to an account due to the member's own negligence.
- Issues arising from the use of third-party software or services.
- Service interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
hai baji makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes, betting results, or investment losses.
10. Privacy
Full details of how members' personal information is collected, stored, and used can be found in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you also consent to that policy.
hai baji uses SSL encryption to protect members' financial and personal information. The terms set out in the Privacy Policy apply to any sharing of information with third parties.
11. Responsible Gaming
hai baji believes that staying within limits is essential for healthy entertainment. Members should always bet within their means and should not increase their bets to recover losses.

Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to gamble is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, the relevant account will be closed and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
12. Changes to Terms
hai baji may amend these Terms in part or in full at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify members via email or through the platform. However, it is the member's own responsibility to read the Terms regularly.
If you continue to use the service after updated Terms are published, you are considered to have accepted those changes. If you do not agree to any change, you have the option to close your account.
